I used Visa Passport Pro expidited service to get a VISA for travel to Nigeria on an expidited basis. I found that it was extremely difficult to get support from their customer service advocates confirming the details of what was required. They failed failed to return my calls or respond to my emails. This caused a delay in the expiditing process. I was on the hook for $12,000 if I could not secure a Brazilian Visa within 10 days. The Visa companies recommended by the travel agency and the cruise line said it was impossible -It could not be had in less than 40 to 45 days. Brazil is the most difficult visa I ever got, they require an agent. Found Visa Pro online and called and they were very helpful. Got my visa faster than expected. I always feel uncomfortable sending my passport, with the pre printed label, my mind was eased. the only issue was the latest data as to what stage the visa was in was NOT on the website, it said my documents were not received, but I chatted and they reassured me they were received and two days later I received the visas! I received everything I needed but at times it felt like pulling teeth when U tried to get a hold of my representative. They were really nice and explained everything very well to you. They take care of everything over the phone for you and even work with you on group/school trips. They know what they are doing. I am experiencing a similar situation. Very disappointing customer service. I'm on the west coast, and the fact that their office closes at 2:00 my time, makes it very difficult to get in touch, and get anything done before I can no longer contact my case manager. (Not that I have been able to contact him anyway for the past two days.) I am getting more and more nervous as time goes on and my departure date gets closer. I don't know if this service is worth as much as it costs, but I already paid...so let's hope they pull through!
