During the initial phone call - I was advised that £600 would cover ALL costs associated with my immigration matter. Upon paying this - I was advised that I would have to pay another £835 for the fee . . . I was misled right from the start. They requested an exhaustive list of items that they needed to handle my case. I sent them everything. Next thing I know - I get someone calling me and asking for me to send them the items I had already sent them! I feared my documents lost at that point . . . All through the process - talking to someone on the phone was impossible. No response to emails or phone messages. I cannot tell you how frustrating this was - I was £1400 down and had sent them very important documents - I couldn't get someone on the phone. Eventually - they did manage to submit my application (I seem to be one of the fortunate few) and my application was successful. The frustration and deceit I could have used without. Highly recommend you avoid this company and take your money somewhere else!

I contacted them to obtain a sponsor license to be able to employ foreign artists and pay £1200 of fee upfront. Not only they did not support me but their intervention actually hindered the process: with their involvement I had the license refused 4 times, I then decided to apply on my own and was accepted straight away. ALl along the process they proved irresponsive, unprofessional and with little understanding of the whole Tier 2 and 5 licensing process, which is a basic for a company claiming to specialise in immigration matters. I sued them to get my money back, the court supported my claim and sent a bailif to collect my money, there is nobody at the UK address indicated on their website, this is a ghost company.

If I were to describe this company verbally, to a friend, it would laced with a long list of prane nouns and adjectives. For those on the internet, here is a mild description. As I called the company the first time, the director with his charm was quick to demand my money, take it and then never answer the phone again. The first case worker that took on my account was quickly fired after 5 weeks. The remaining case workers were absolutely disgraceful in manners, were terribly slow to answer all my questions and were often gave wrong advice. All in all, they wasted 24 months of my life and a healthy lump sum of money. Give my time and money back, I cannot believe you lot are allowed to live and breed.

Hello All, What a 4 weeks stressful we had with these idiots in ukvisaandimmigration. I finally could get my document from home office but I thought I add my experience and it may help someone else with the same issue. Basically company is busted and there is a wind up petition against them in court for early October and they are closed from 11 July 2012. i have had the application for my wife and daughter for eight months exactly today and the uk visa don't care and they don't want to enquire and never answer my emails or tel calls. to sum it up it's a terrible service

If it was possible to give UK Visa and Immigration zero stars, I would. Never, ever in my life have I come across such an incompetent bunch of people, who are paid to provide 'professional and expert help' on matters of immigration. They have absolutely NO IDEA how the UK Home Office/Border Agency works and certainly are no help what so ever in assisting one secure any sort of visa. The ONLY thing they were quick to do was to take my money! I ended up doing all the paper work myself as everything they (apparently) checked and sent off to be reviewed was rejected by the Home Office. Applying for a visa is a very stressful process and when I hired UK Visa and Immigration to help with my application for a Tier 2 sponsorship visa, they added to my stress level 10 fold. None of my phone calls were ever returned and I would have to call a number of times to get the most basic of questions answered. Every time I did eventually get through to some useless case worker, they said they would have to call the Home Office to find out the answer. Here is a massive tip people reading this and thinking about employing an immigration company (esp this corrupt company):- all advice from the Home Office is free, so save yourself £2,500 and just call them instead. They always answer the phone when you call, you can call as much as you want and you always receive the correct information. Please, whatever you do, DO NOT USE this company - they will be no assistance at all in helping you get a visa.

They took close to 15 months to prepare an application that was worse than I could have done myself. They wasted so much time by not giving us all the information we required to obtain the correct supporting evidence then at the last moment switched the type of visa we were applying for which was denied by the UK border control. When I reached out to advise them they have yet to respond. These people are only interested in taking your money and provide a terrible service.

Will take your money straight away, but afterwards are very much left in the dark. Poor communication, wrongly informed about visas and so sloooooow to get back to you. Results: 1 year wasted, 600 quid spent, no refund, no visa :(

i have been trying for 2 weeks to make contact with this company. all emails and calls go unanswered! substantial fee already paid in full! their failings are too numerous to mention....i will be reporting them to the OISC.

Thanks to UK visa and Immigration my children got their UK visas to come and join me in the UK after their mother had passed away. I did not know what was going to happen to them and needed to get them here quickly. I contacted UK visa and immigration for urgent help and they acted so quickly. My caseworker was so helpful and did all the paperwork for me and now I am the happiest man in the world because my children arrived safely in the UK and can stay permanently and legally without having to worry about the future.

Every other service that I had called to help me all wanted to charge by the hour or charge an extortionate amount for me to get a marriage visa. I simply didn’t have the budget to pay hourly fees or some of the prices that I was being quoted and I was all set to give up searching. I was given the information about this service by a friend who had used them before, met them in person and had been given an information pack. When I flicked through the information pack I was immediately drawn in by the price promise. I contacted the service by visiting the website and completing a contact form. I was called almost immediately by a representative and they confirmed that they did indeed have a fixed fee policy and that was good enough for me.

they are just money grabber be careful with them i used them give me wrong advice about my wife visa and took my money and failed to deliver they are crap .so WARNED KEEP AWAY FROM THEM,just go to any your local solicitor will do better than them

All started well when i contacted the company! Wanted to get My Wife Sister over for a visit from Thailand. Went through all the requested process's of obtaining documents,sent them off for checking etc. Went to and fro with documents for a few weeks. I left it for a period due to business commitments. Then decided to contact them to finish the application. Got all the required documents returned from them, with a note to say an appointment had been booked. Sent all the relevant info over to Thailand and the sister went to the interview. Only there was no interview nothing had been booked. Called them and they said I should have confirmed the appoinment online, did i get the instruction email. i said no which i hadn't so i asked can it be booked again, after a fair amount of chasing they assured me an appoinment had been booked and was confirmed, again I sent the Sister to Bangkok for the interview. Again there was no record of it! Even though i had confirmed it twice with them. I am now in the process of doing it myself after wasting money on their service. I got a very poor service!!! C.N

I use the UK Visa and Immigration website regularly to keep up-to-date with the news that they post on their site. I came across an article that was talking about increased Visa fees in the UK and this affected me because I come to Britain regularly for Business purposes and I soon had to apply for a business visit visa. Thanks to the news on the website I was able to avoid the increased charges for my next Business Visit Visa. What’s great about their service is that they appear to have the latest information on everything and because of this I have used them on several occasions now and I am more impressed every time I use them. Almost everything is available to do in one place, you can contact them through the website, you can get can get all the latest information about what is happening with visa changes and it’s all very useful. It’s slightly annoying that you can’t pay online for your visa, although they display all the card payment features on their site, you still have to call up the accounts team to pay direct, but other than that the service standard is of the highest quality. I consider myself to be a regular user of their services now as they give that something extra, which a lot of other providers that I had tried previously just do not give. They make everything simple and I never would have said before that anything related to law was simple. The hassle and stress of applying for my business visit visa is completely removed from my life every time I use these guys, I would highly recommend their services.
