“DO NOT TRUST!”

They are not to be trusted! They first make you speak with one of their representatives that has no idea of the legal issues and gives you misleading information to make you chose their services. They want you to pay upfront, before being able to speak to a legal representative. They are very eager before you make your payment but then, when you actually get to speak to the legal representative (Kings Court Barrister Chambers in my case), not only that you notice that they aren't well informed, you actually find out that you've been lied regarding the services that they can provide.
And when you ask for a refund, the person that was supposed to represent you will not answer their call, nor call back, and when you call to their main number (from their website), you'll get redirected to as many people as possible. They will all tell you that the financial department works only from 6pm-8pm, and that you'll be called back, but you never are. And if you try and call between those hours, you'll be told that it is outside their office hours and nobody is working so you should try in the morning, keeping you in a loop and never seeing your money again.
I haven't got a refund from them yet and I am planning to report them for fraud.
DO NOT TRUST this firm, it's only your money they want.

Firstly, UK Immigration Barristers would like to convey its apologies for not meeting the standards you expect of us on this occasion. In response to your particular concerns we’d like to emphasise, as per our terms of service and care to you as a customer, applications are not sent until every case is watertight. Whilst we appreciate that the process of UK Immigration can be frustrating, The Barristers in our network have a responsibility to present the best case file possible to the authorities to ensure that your case is resolved successfully. Every case is different; therefore time-scales also vary.
In reference to communication procedures, the on-line service provided is clearly specified on our website and recited to customers when the legal process begins. Clients are made fully aware that all communication is conducted via an on-line portal system and your legal representative is named. The portal also allows for 24/7 communication with a dedicated & named individual, our communication process is in place for the purpose of efficiency. Documents can be uploaded, messages can be sent and received, despite having a telephone service available for clients to speak with someone freeing our legal representatives from making themselves available lengthy telephone calls and enabling them to deliver the personal attention your matter deserves.
The option to meet some face-to-face is available via our consultation service which every client is given the option to undertake, based on your comments it is clear that this was refused by yourself. Again, we reiterate and understand your frustration, but the process of obtaining ILR is not straightforward and we believe many of your grievances are being aired out of frustration.
UK Immigration Barristers serves as intermediary agent, specifically dealing with completing visa application forms and assisting with legal representations for your case file. We must stress that the overall decision for your matter resides with the Home Office, which currently has a backlog of hundreds of thousands of cases, which is out of our control.
