Few years ago I and my husband had some difficulties with the home office and were not allowed to get married and my husband was detained. We were recommended Ruslan Kosarenko by our friend who told us that he released her husband from the airport when he was on his way to be removed back to his country even though they had a child together and she was expecting their second child. But before we learned about Ruslan, we went to another lawyer (suggested by another friend) who said that we did not have any chances and that he has to leave UK voluntary and then we can marry each other abroad and then apply from there for a Family permit, as I am an EU national. Of course, it was not an option for us because we were in a difficult financial situation and my absence from the UK, would leave us without any income; also we were very very in love :) Then we were introduced by my neighbour to the woman who told us the story about her husband. Overall, we went through the arrest of my husband at our marriage ceremony, his detention, bail, which was horrifying, and with Ruslan's help my husband was released and we were allowed to get marry. We will never forget how Ruslan and his team helped and saved our relationship by not allowing Home office to separate us. Since then, this company is highly recommended to all our friends! I have used the company's expertise twice and both times had positive results. The time it took to get my case resolved took a bit longer than anticipated at first, but I got updates on its progress at times. Mr Kosarenko seemed professional and knowledgable. I met him outside the office at a seminar once and when I asked for advice he responded on the spot, whereas the other lawyer I approached there gave me a card and offered an appointment for answers. The good reviews have obviously been written by the employees of this company. I had very bad experience with them. They take your money and then start ignoring your calls and emails. When I had my consultation with them I was surprised that they openly shared with me the confidential information of their other clients to give me examples of people with similar circumstances and how their matters were resolved. While this was helpful from my perspective, I would not want my details to be shared with other people. I now know that they cannot be trusted with these. Also, when I was in their office their phone was ringing off the hook and they said that the person the callers wanted to speak to was not I the office. As you have guessed, the person was in fact in the office and just chose not to respond to calls. When I was trying to reach this person by phone at a later stage, predictably the same thing happened to me. I should have just used another company. Do not repeat my mistake. Overall, very pore service. Their technical knowledge is also questionable as they were struggling to answer some basic questions. I subsequently found answers to these questions on gov.uk. This speaks for itself.

I have been using that company for many years as had trouble with my visa.
