Good, but didn't get my passport on time

I did not receive my passport as promised because the zip code on my address was entered incorrectly. I am not sure if I entered it incorrectly or not. I don't know if the information that I entered was directly put on the Fedex mailing label or retyped into a Fedex mailing label screen. Either way, the zip code correction cost a day and I ended up going to the Fedex station to retrieve my package or loose more time. I have to say that when I called RushMyPassport, I was treated with a "not our problem" attitude. I did not speak to the staff member assigned to my case. I did, however, feel quite disrespected. Everything else went quite well, I would recommend to a friend, with the above disclaimer.
