Very disappointed

I got in touch with migrate me in June 2014. Please take into consideration my experience before committing and using them!
I have also been very unhappy with the service they 'haven't' provided!
After visiting their office in person, having the process explained to myself in full. I was promised they would jump through hoops after I paid the first instalment of £1000.

I sent all relevant documents they required.
I received back, 'my own written' cv in colour! A basic cv (and considering I had written the cv they used, it was inaccurate??) a linked in profile that I had to change myself after waiting unsuccessfully for them to correct and an email account that I couldn't access!
I was very disappointed with the lack of communication, They rarely return calls and seem to constantly be unavailable when you want to speak to someone. I managed to get hold of my case worker on a rare occasion and she agreed to update me every two weeks since i felt I was being left in the dark about progression???
And well, I haven't heard anything from migrate me since end of SEPT 2014!
I have called to speak to my case worker and left several messages for her! With which the person on the other ends informs me she will get back to me!? No such look.
I am very disappointed with the company with putting much faith in them prior to signing a contract with them.
I shall be contacting citizens advice.
