I had approached this consultancy to get some information about Canada Visa, they had taken £1800 from me to process the visa, unfortunately that year when i was going to apply for Canada visa the rules were changed against Pharmacy people and i had to quit the process within a month, and they had informed that they can process the application if there is any update in the rules and turned up. After few months i was not willing to process my application and asked them to give my money back at least 50% of my amount but they sad they will not be able to give my money as they had said the procedure to apply for Canada visa and they said they had finalised their decision and will send a booklet with some advise, how to apply Canada. Its been more than a year i didn't even receive a single letter from them. I have got all the proof of transferring the money so i had planned to go through a solicitor and file a complaint against them for cheating toward the customers as they have said to me that if there is any problem in the process they are going to give my money back, but this consultancy had cheated me.... so i strongly advise everyone not to go through this consultancy.

However this happened back in 2013. I want to know if there is anyway I can recover my money. They took the money first and sent some job links which anyway you can find on google. , I landed up paying 300£ and when asked for refund they said in not in terms and conditions and that we have used the service. No service was provided DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY 

The are a complete bunch of rip off artists. They took me for £1500 and did nothing. They people assigned to help me didn't know what they were talking about then stop replaying to my e-mails. I can only assume they are criminals as I can't see any legitimate business doing this. All I can say is anyone thinking about using a visa company what ever you do don't use this one, better to just burn your money and save the effort.

Do not I mean do not go with this company I paid 360 pound stg for a 2 year working holiday visa to canada I made the mistake of not reading the bad reviews first they took the money out of my bank account and I ended up doing the whole visa process myself when I ring them no answer and they have not done 1 thing to help me get the visa. I'm trying to call them now to get a refund of my money. If you take my advice DO NOT GO WITH THEM

They spun a bunch of lies about the visa requirements, made me believe I was eligible to apply (Permanent Residency Visa / Federal Skilled Work Visa) and had scored fantastically high on the assessment. They then took £1,500 to start the application and handle everything on my behalf. This began with a consultation with a caseworker, who would give me "expert knowledge and guidance" on the visa process and in depth assessment. The call lasted 17 minutes and he couldn't answer any of my questions. This started alarm bells ringing, the email I received afterwards contained conflicting information to what I had been told over the phone and it turned out they had withheld a ton of information, which meant I couldn't actually apply! I bought all of this to their attention and asked for a refund, as due to their negligence they allowed me to proceed when they should not have done. The refused, I laid out all the errors again and said they were clearly in breach of contract and if we could not agree I would have to take legal action - since then they have ceased all communications. The main phone number on the website does not work and neither does the enquires email address. They say they take complaints seriously and to email feedback email address - but they haven't responded to a single email that I have ever sent. Refunds email address also no longer respond to my emails. Do not trust this company! Their website looks very professional and legit but they are not. Just Google "city visa scam" you will find loads of unhappy people. I am currently going through legal action to try to get my money back. I have also already spoken to a debt collection agency, who have run a profile check and confirmed this company already have 6 CCJ against them - none of which have been paid. If anyone else has experienced the same treatment and is owed money post a review and get in touch - do not let this company continue to cheap honest hardworking people out of their money!

I would like to thank everyone at City Visas for all the hard work they put in to help me get my student visa for Canada. I today received a letter from the Canadian embassy stating that I have received my visa. I am over the moon, and would like to thank everyone at city visas for all that they have done. From start to finish my caseworker handled my case with diligence, and displayed a lot of knowledge about the process. She was also able to walk me through the process as this was the first time I had done anything like this. PS I will be sending you a small gift once over their. Thank you City Visas
