Horrific service

I ordered a kitchen 3 weeks a go for my daughters birthday still not here, 9 phone calls later and three e mails which haven't even been responded too and still no kitchen. They have said the delivery service they used keep trying to deliver which is rubbish as I have stayed in for the last three weeks. They do not phone me back, they cannot say when I will receive and they have not refunded the money, I can literally day this is the worse company I have ever used, do not go near.
