Fantastic customer service

I ordered the shop and theatre, along with a few accessories for my daughters birthday. All the items arrived on my specified day. Which was a lovely surprise brcause one of the items had been marked as out if stock when I ordered.
Unfortunately, I recieved a damaged crate (food groups product), which prompted me to check over the other items. I found 2 screws missing. I emailed gltc, and recieved a reply within 24 hours, which told me they would send me a new crate and a new hardware pack.
The following day, within 48 hours or recieving my initial order, I recieved a whole new pack of food groups, not justthe crate, and also a new hard ware pack for the shop and theatre.
The company were quick, helpful and efficient, and I cannot wait to purchase more items fro their website.
Gltc surpassed my expectations.
