“Poor customer service and high prices”

This company combines the two worst traits for an online business, poor customer service and high prices. Although their product selection is interesting you can definitely find the same items on other websites for less. More frustrating is their poor customer service and lack of initiative when trying to solve a problem. They managed to send a package to the wrong address and admitted it was their fault but then asked me to come up with the solution of getting things remained.
