Will never buy from this company again on principle!!!

I ordered a hairbrush and mirror set as a Xmas present for my 5 year old granddaughter which I had personalised with her name. When it came it was not acceptable as it stated "suitable for 3+ years", when in fact it was just a tiny baby brush and mirror. I have returned it but have been flatly refused any refund by very curt e-mails even though I left my telephone number. I am now £36 down and have no christmas present for my granddaughter.
