I bought one of these and loved it until the stem snapped, I looked inside and it was rusted and this had caused the plastic to fail. Looking at other reviews of the same item this seems to be a common problem. I keep it dry and only use it occasionally so I was quite disappointed. I took it back to Jojo's but they refused to replace it as I didn't have a receipt and as they put it I could have bought it anywhere. I used to buy quite a few things in there but their attitude has totally put me off. I understand that stores have to protect themselves but most places accept that customer service is important and keeping every receipt is hardly practical. Won't be going there again.
