“Worst Reservation System ”

highly NOT recommended. I just bought a coupon of 12 VIP player last fall, and call them back to reserve a location 14 days in advance. They said we are all booked, but fortunately they found another close date. I asked the agent to call me back again tomorrow to reconfirm that date with my friend. However the did not call back, and when I called them they denied that situation. I am sure it I have waste my 100 dollars and will not call back them again. (read more)

I had bought IPG tickets from a guy selling at a shopping centre quite a few months ago for my son, through some persuasion. I decided to book my son and a few of his friends in on Easter Friday, because generally the weather isn’t too bad then. “IPG tickets - I haven't found a better deal!”

I purchased these vouchers from a stall in a Southampton shopping centre, it was an inpulse buy as I had never been paintballing before. When I got home I checked online that they where legit value compared with other deals...they really are! You get in to a premium centre (they call them 'national venues') for £6.50 per ticket and only pay £10 for 200 balls! I bought IPG tickets from a girl down at my local shops and to tell the truth it was a complete impulse buy! I've never been paintballing before but have always wanted to give it ago. It was great! “My son's 10th birthday party”

I arranged a paintball party for my ten year old son and 9 of his friends after purchasing IPG paintball tickets. This was their first time and they walked away from this with the happiest faces and on a complete high all the way home. I was very impressed with the centre, it was a very cold day and I was offered a cup of hot coffee and a hot water bottle. As best man I was tasked with organising a stag do for my best mate. I scoured the stag websites, saw paint balling and thought it was a brilliant idea to start things off. After doing some price shopping I saw some guys selling these vouchers in the Westfield so I decided to check out how they compared. I bought these tickets for a social doo for our ultimate frisbee teams end of year doo....We had a reputation to uphold as ultimate frisbeers', so I thought paintball was the ideal choice. A few of the girls in the team were a bit baffled / nervous at first, about paintballing, but there was absolutely nothing to fear..The game zones were awesome, and you converted a few of the girls in our team to GI-Janes, although none of them have taken Mach 3's to their heads yet :-). “It is cheaper and more convenient to book directly...”

It is cheaper and more convenient to book directly with the actual paintball place. IPG will tell you they are cheaper and give you free entries but you end up paying heaps more for your paintballs. Also when I made my booking the guy on the phone told me that i had book for 30 people min on a public holiday because the paintball place will only open for my group that day. and when we turned up there were 3 other groups. when i called them up, they said i misunderstood. I bought tickets for paintballing from IPG last year but only got around to booking it last month. it was my partners birthday and he wanted to do something different with our friends rather than just a night out. When I bought these tickets I was slightly sceptical, thinking this may be too good to be true. But when I got to the centre I was pleasantly surprised! What an amazing service is provided, and for what I paid for a full day’s event is fantastic. My son wants to go again next year for his birthday he's already told me, and I will definitely be getting these tickets again, as I saved £10.00 per person which is a lot when you taking a party of 10 boys!! I have always wanted to go paintballing but never really went out my way to actually find a place and actually go. I was out shopping with my girlfriend, super boring, when these guys grabbed my attention. I purchased IPG tickets about 3 months ago from a very friendly guy in Brighton while visiting my sister. The deal caught my eye because my boyfriend has been dying to go paintballing for a while, but never seemed able to organise it. “Misrepresenting Themselfs”

I recently purchased some tickets from an IPG representative. During my discussion with the representative, he made it sound as though IPG was a very large chain of paintball facilities, with facilities throughout Calgary and Alberta. With this in mind I agreed to purchase 48 tickets for my students so that it could be used as a team building event. I bought some IPG Paintball tickets for my son's birthday party from a stall in the Trafford Centre. Before I bought them I did a price comparison online and found them to be good value. “Delta Force/IPG rip-off”

10 kids had a blast. Unfortunately one parent was left seething. We were mis-sold some so-called VIP tickets by IGP. The guy told us there were NO extra costs - it was a lie. After some remonstration they conceded their misselling and gave us some 'free' paintballs. The booking confirmation offered an extra 100 per player at game 11 - another lie. Delta Force would not honour the booking confirmation. I had to fork out for extra paintballs to keep the kids happy. Big shame as it ruined a... (read more)

Same experience. To confirm a booking they want up front payment of £9.99 per person for paintballs - something that we weren't told when the so called VIP tickets were sold. This company need to be reported to trading standards or BBC watchdog for their sales techniques.

Just for the record - the person who wrote this review is reviewing the center he played at, not IPG the company he bought the tickets for.
IPG simply sells tickets they don't actually own any facilities - the facilities make less money on the IPG groups so they usually end up charging you more for things like paintballs etc.
I truthfully wouldn't be surprised if this review was written by IPG to counteract all the bad reviews they've been getting all over the internet, all you have to do is google International Paintball Group and you get dozens of websites talking about how much of a problem they are
