TERRIBLE

This was for The Ballymena centre but as a group IPG have the setup all wrong. I bought the tickets and explained to the guy selling me them that I was going in Ballymena, he offered me 1000 free paintballs. Once I tried to book a date I was told I could not use my free paintballs and they could only be used in the Republic of Ireland, this is the first problem. Then after 3 days of phonecalls with the group we agreed on dates, when I tried to phone and make the deposit, I was told they would ring back to confirm. 15mins passed and no phonecall, so I phone them only to be told that someone else has now booked the slot, within the last 5mins, which I think is highly unlikely although I was waiting on them phoning me back to make the payment. I am then told that the next slot is 2 weeks away. The service was terrible throughout the whole process and everything was about money. This is a brief description of what happened but they have been many other problems with them. I would honestly recommend that anyone reading this and considering going paintballing to go somewhere else!
