I was sceptical at first as we had been approached many times by different companies but wereclaim were recommended. I contacted them and the staff were so helpful and always available to help. They help to guide us through the process without a hitch. I'm pleased to say that we received a very nice cheque from our bank. We had given up on claiming PPI as other companies weren't getting anywhere. We Reclaim contacted us with a 25 year old account. We didn't expect to hear anything else but ended up getting enough back for a week's holiday in the sun for four! The staff are very friendly and know who I am when I call as we've supplied them with more accounts with potential PPI resulting in another decent payout. All you need is the bank/loan/credit card and your name and addresses and they will do all the rest. They do take a fee, but it is well worth paying for the work they do.
