I was unsure and very sceptical that I would even get any money, although I had received many calls claiming that I might be entitled to claim back PPI. I was recommended this company by a family member and did not look back, I was very surprised by how quick the process took, in my case and my daughters we both received our money within eight weeks, the staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. After being hounded by all the "ambulance chaser" PPI companies i finally decided to use for We Reclaim as they had been recommended to me by a friend. We Reclaim are a reclaim company with a difference your not just treated as a customer/client your treated as a friend or even a family member by all the staff and that feeling goes from the very top to very bottom. We Reclaim Ltd got our money back for us and we couldn't be happier! The staff we so helpful, informative and took all the necessary steps to ensure we got the money back that we were owed. The process was simple, the staff did all the hard work - all we had to do was sign some paperwork and they did the rest - perfect! From start to finish I cannot fault this company. They kept us informed throughout the whole process via e-mail, letter and phone. The whole process was over within a couple on months. The customer care that we received from the staff was second to none, being assigned a personal handler was great. We Reclaim are quite simply one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, in any capacity...period. They are courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I was called some 4 months ago by one of their representitives regarding the possibility of reclaiming PPI against a previous loan.
