I have returned to Office Response after flirting with a couple of other contact centres. My experience taught me that cost is not they key differentiator in the outsourced contact centre market. I have used Office Response on 3 seperate occasions now. The process has been similar each time I have used them. During the set up phase OR provided a comprehensive telephone answering service. As my media spend increases (i work primarily in D2C promotions) they have provided a 24/7 overflow for my TV, Direct Mail and Web activity. As the market matures they work my aged data.
