“Brilliant Phone Answering Service”

I own a small business that is in a transitional period which means all of the staff are extremeley busy and calls often get missed. When I found out about 1st Response's Phone Answering Servive I was eager to try it. I was assigned 2 PAs that took calls, faxes, followed up calls and emails and alot more! Definitely worth the money as I couldn't afford to take on any more staff, would definitely recommend to businesses that are struggling.
