The other reviews surprised me, as I've just received our 4th order to the US and each one has come on time (faster than if we tried to find a rare dealer here). The service via email and by phone was superb and they spent a great deal of time helping us with styles and sizing, even calling the manufacturer to make sure we got the sizing right before shipping all the way here. We got follow-up emails on order status, personally from a sales rep and replies to all emails we sent. The quality of the jackets/pants we ordered was fantastic and better than anything we can get here -- especially since these Europe-available brands (Furygan, Clover) are not sold in the US and are half the price of what we'd pay for the same Italian-quality leather in the US (i.e., Dainese). Maybe ownership changed or they've fixed past problems that customers have reported because my experiences have always been great and it's my go-to site when I need something important that I (most likely) can't get in the US.
