A friend of mine suggested I try this as a cure for my sore throat as well as acid reflux, it really does work and its also used for many of things too, I really cant recommend it enough. You need to watch out for any companies claiming their honey is UMF20 and UMF30, apparently anything over UMF16 is misleading and not proven.

They are also using this honey in hospitals to fight the MRSA virus so it really must be great stuff.

Its a little pricey for a jar of honey but its like having a jar of medicine in the cupboard that can be used for loads of different ailments as well as plain and simple cooking.

Give is a go and dont forget stick to UMF ratings 16 and below, expect to pay £10+.
