I have been with Orange for four years and I have to say that their customer service is the most appalling I've ever experienced. Today was the final straw. I found at 2.30 this afternoon that they had restricted my services. I couldn't call them from my phone to find out why because they had restricted all my calls, even the ones to Orange Customer Service! I've just moved over from O2 to Orange as O2 have started to loose their magic-touch, and now seem to be going backwards - but that's a review for another day.
I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised with Orange. Everything has been going so well so far. Customer Services have been fantastic with dealing with my queries.
Orange's tariff's are great and really good value (they must be some of the chepeast compared to their rivals).

Going from strengh to strengh. Been with Orange for 5 years. Never had a real problem. Staff in Shops very helpful. To be honest most people I know including most of my family are on Orange and all seem happy (loads of magic numbers now) They have a good selection of handsets to suit all pockets. I have been in many Countries and always had a signal. I have found the signal in this country fine wherever I have been.
Call centres are moving back to Britain. Orange is just going from strengh ...

Appalling costumer service, they put the phone down on you after you've been on hold for 20 minutes, and don''t help with anything. I am so glad that I canceled my contract with them and I don't have to deal with them again.
Absolutely disgracefull.

I have been an orange customer for over ten years and until recently never had a problem.
Whilst trying to upgrade my phone their service has been appalling. Upgrade on the website and ten days later they email you to say there is a problem and to ring them. Four days to get through on the phone to be told the phone I ordered wasn't available. This has happened twice now so I am afraid I am going elsewhere. They just don't care ...
