Never order from this website!! I ordered gorgeous white sparkly shoes 7 weeks ago and still no sign of them. They didnt reply to any emails. Im so annoyed cos they were perfect for my wedding :( Contacted paypal to try and get money back but im a couple of days out of the 45day cut off??? They're ridiculous too!! It's the 2nd time I've purchased clothing/shoes online- never again!!!! Going to go through my bank to get money back so fingers crossed :) Big warning to people- dont use this... (read more)

“Be Careful if Returning Goods to Yolu”

I ordered two pairs of hand made shoes which were very nice although they did come up small and needed to be returned. The post office wanted £55 to return two pairs of shoes to China so I agreed to keep them. Yolu agreed to refund me 25% off my next order which despite 7 or 8 email reminders they have not done. After searching the high street shops for white wedding shoes I came across this website and thought I had found the ideal pair of shoes for my wedding. The website stated that the shoes were handmade to order and they were very reasonably priced I placed the order on 20/03/12 and didn't hear anything else form the seller until my shoes eventually arrived on 17/04/13. why is it when we order shoes from you that you cannot email us back??? I order a pair of shoes on 25th January and paid for "super-fast delivery" (3-5 working days,) They arrived 7 weeks later! I constantly emailed them to find out what's going on, but they replied 3 weeks later saying " they will be with me in 2 days!" my sis has the same problem she ordered shoes but she had to send the back and payed £25 shipping charge to send them back. They have not recieved them why is this??? they are being sent back to the uk now. if you ask me i think they are a rip off company

This company really shouldn't be trusted. They were more than happy to take my order and payment from paypal however a month later i still had no shoes. I had emailed and completed "contact us" forms with no response. So I have now filed a dispute with Paypal so will see where that takes me. Find somewhere else to buy your shoes. I didn't realise they weren't in the UK at first so have learnt my lesson there!! (read more)

I ordered my wedding shoes from yolu.co.uk. I was advised that it would take 10 days to process as it is made to size. I received them 3 weeks later. They don't even resemble the shoes in the picture, awful shape, material and quality. I've tried to contact them many times, they finally replied to say that these shoes 'are what customers prefer' i demanded a refund as this explanation was irrelevant and havent heard from them since.there's no address no phone number. I have just filed a dispute via PayPal. I ordered my shoes on 19/03 for my son's wedding and have heard nothing from Yolu except the initial email telling me that they would take 12 days to process as they are hand made. I have messaged them on many occasions and emailed them. They are never online for their online chat. I have told them that I will give them 2 more days to either dispatch the shoes or give me a full refund. I have had to buy another pair of shoes "in case" the Yolu shoes don't turn up - which I expect will happen. I will never use the site again and would warn others against using it.

Having just lodged a dispute through PayPal I went back and checked my account status at Yolu - Guess what? The order is now complete! Coincidence? I don't think so. Watch this space!

I have to now say that the shoes arrived this afternoon. They are beautiful and fit perfectly. The only criticism I can now level at Yolu is that they didn't keep me up to date with my order status as they promised to, and didn't email me with a tracking number. I hope you get your shoes (or refund)
