Bought some table decorations and bunting for a christening. The items came promptly, but I changed my mind about the bunting. I sent it back and they promptly provided a refund, no questions asked. The company could not have been more helpful,taking our order over the telephone and arranging express delivery for the next morning. The package arrived well packed and the decorations were superb quality, exactly as described and shown on the website, which was perfect.
