I ordered the Jackie Ivory to wear for my wedding and they are perfect. My dress is a 50s inspired, tea length so the classic look is just what I wanted. I am a US size 8 so I ordered a UK size 6 and they fit comfortably. I would definitely recommend this shoe to others going for a classic look. (read more)

Louise, my daughter had spent a lot of time looking for wedding shoes with her mother. She has very small but quite broad feet, so finds it very difficult to get something she likes that fits well. A friend then recommended your website. Louise found what she wanted very quickly, and was delighted that they were available in a size 3. I ordered a lace handbag for my wedding to go with the shoes I had bought. The handbag arrived promptly, beautifully wrapped and is exactly what I wanted. Great service, very prompt - would definately recommend. The handbag is part of the Rainbow club and is made of delicate lace and I thought was great value for money - only one very small criticism, I expected the lace to be on both sides of the bag when in fact it is just on the front with satin on the back - this isn't a problem. My shoes came relatively in good time despite the late dispatch. The email included an apology for the late dispatch. Nonetheless, it was especially smooth delivery since I am located in Germany. One usually expects bigger delays from out of country orders. I am pleased with how convenient it is for the customer to order and return no matter where you are in the EU, and it is well explained. I have recently purchased these shoes for my wedding and they are lovely. Although they have quite a high heel they are still very comfortable. The style is beautiful and the sparkle adds a vintage feel. The staff were so helpful as I had to change the size initially. Exchange was simple and easy and the new shoes were sent in a few days. Found the perfect shoe height as I needed a low heel. Got them on special offer. Bought size 5.5 9they do tell you to go 1/2 size bigger where applicable) and I found even though I am 5.5 I decided to get 6, but he special offer price was gone and it was back to full price. The best service i have received from any online shop. We knew what we were looking for and found them at the bridal store For a lot less than the shops were offering. They had the sizes we thought we needed. I ordered during my lunch break between 1 and 2 pm. They arrived by 9.00 am the following morning - ive never had such fast service. I ordered the wedding shoes after recommendation from a friend & unfortunately it hasn't been a very pleasant experience. The shoes arrived more than a week late from the date I was told they would arrive. I received an email from The Bridal Store telling me when the shoes had been dispatched & this was over a week from the order date which I couldn't understand why.
