Order arrived in very good time, exceptional value for money far better quality than expected from the photo on the website. Perfect colour match to my dress, heel height as stated exactly as described. Quick response to email, didn't use the SMS service so can not comment on that. Shipping cost very reasonable, well wrapped and also securely in waterproof packaging. Overall very happy with shoes, service and value for money. Would recommend and use again.
