Still waiting for my refund 1 month later!

The dress was terrible and definitely not as described. I contacted Milly Bridal for a refund and was told I would only get a certain percentage back if I returned the dress. they tried to get me to keep the dress offering a big discount. Because I would never wear the dress I did not take them up on the offer.
I paid extra for a signed for return to China.
At first they tried to say they had not received the dress but as I had the irrefutable proof that it has been received and signed for, they eventually agreed to send me the money back. It is now nearly 1 month and I am still waiting.
I will now post a negative review every day until I get my money back.
What they do is illegal!
