Fantastic service for a very stressed bride

After trawling around the shops to find my wedding shoes and having no luck I decided to try on line as Girls of Elegance was recomended to be by some of my friends.

I have always been a bit worried about ordering on line so my first contact before ordering was to ring the customer services team.

They could not have been more helpful for me. I find buying shoes very difficult at the best of times due to my wide and size 8 feet.
They recomended a number of styles as also being very tall did not want anything to high.

I then looked on the web site and I must say the choice was amazing, if a bride does not find her wedding shoes on the Girls of Elegance site then she may as well wear her ugg boots or slippers to the wedding!!
I then rang back the customer services team to ask which ones out of the choices I had made did they think would be best.

Once again they gave me advice and help about all the shoes I had chosen and we managed to narrow it down to two pairs.

I was then told that I could order the two pairs and send the one back for a refund that was not suitable. If neither pair fitted this would also not be a problem to send them both back. I also had the option to exchange for a different style or size.

The added bonus was that they also offer free shipping in the UK for up to two pairs.

I then ordered both pairs over the phone of the Rainbow Club shoes which I also felt happier about rather than on line.

They arrived with me in two days which I was really happy about and decided to keep one pair but needed to exchange the size. This all went smoothly and was refunded for the other pair and I now have my perfect shoes for my wedding day in April.

Overall I could not be happier with the service and after chatting to the customer services team found out that they are a family business that having been going for 12 years.

Well done to Girls of Elegance and their team and it was so refreshing to deal with a lovely friendly company who are based in the UK!
