I ordered my shoes on 24/10/13 and was told that they would be here within 7 working days.. The money had been took out of my bank the same day, and on the 5/11/13, I still had no shoes! So I emailed them and they said they were looking into it and would email me to let me know what at happened. However, I received no email and had to chase them up for an answer! I was told my shoes would be despatched on 06/11/13 on next day delivery and that they would email to confirm this. (Again, I had to chase them for them to confirm). No apology for them being late.

My shoes did come and they are absolutely beautiful. I am so pleased with them.
However, it seems to me that they are happy to take your money but will only send them out if you chase them up, which is exactly the reason I would NOT recommend them.

I feel that the comments are unfair due to our suppliers havinga delay on the delivery to us which is out of our hands. There fore I wish for this review to be reported and removed.

No order would be processed without payment. We ring and leave a message rather than email our customers. The shoes had been dispatched on the 6th Nov. When looking into this the delivery was held up by the couriers not us.
