I purchased 4 dresses and 4 pairs of shoes in September and was quoted up to 6 weeks for delivery. The order took 8 weeks to arrive (payment was taken in September). No contact or apology was made by G of E during my 8 week wait. When I finally received the dresses and shoes the sizes came up far smaller than quoted and had to be returned. I returned the dresses by courier 2 days after I had received them and G of E confirmed receipt on 26 Nov and advised me I would receive a refund within 10-14 days. As I had still not received a refund on 23rd Dec I emailed them querying this. A refund was then processed, again with no explanation or apology for the delay. Although the dresses are reasonably priced I would never use this company again as the sizes are misleading and the service was disgusting.
