I ordered one bridesmaid dress pre Christmas 2012 to see the quality, it came in approx 21 days and I was really happy with it and intended to use the site to order my 5 other dresses. 6 weeks ago I ordered another two, neither have arrived, I have emailed them 5 times, the site qas down for about a werk and now the site is back and it does not have any of the dresses it previously had! this is a false these desses r made in hina. I m in similar situation as u now. Recently I tried 2 find more reviews on this websire and mostly r compliments by the same person! I m so worried because I have no backup plan 4 alternative dress in order 2 attend an event. May I knw how was yr 1st purchase? Was the quality good n looked the same as picture?

I really get frustrated with their service. I have ordered a floor length dress week ago and i have requested for a quick delivery. I have paid for my order and sent so many requests to know about the status of my purchase order via email. but till now, i have not received any reply from them. i totally have no idea what to do now. I oredered two dresses for my wedding, both wwere absolutely beautiful the same as the veil. They costumise it in pale pink exactly as I wanted and it look stoning in the picture! I make a costum order, but during my order and the delivery date, about 5 weeks I lost a lot of wight so I hag to fix it, but it wasn't a problem. I got it in time so it was ready when I need it. Dressoon is the ideal place to purchase a gown for someone on a budget. They offer the exact same dresses that are sold on other website for close to half the price. The customer services are extremely helpful and competent. They offered realistic advice and honest opinions. They did not pressure me into an unwanted purchase, which many other stores try to do. The alterations were done onsite and the quality of work by the seamstress was impeccable. I would recommend this store above others... (read more)

I rarely order anything online before but I decided to give dressdo.com a try because my daughter really needed a dress and the prices were so reasonable. I was very impressed by their quick replies and willingness to accomodate. When they processed my order they asked me the date when the dress would be needed. I love to be able to have reliable seller, this one is the best !!! When I frist saw those flower girl dresses on Dressdo, I decided to buy some for my daughters, I did order two dresses. It was fast shipping, excellent product and service is out of this world. More vendor should be that reliable. i think you read the date in a wrong way... the date format in this website is : day/month/year. what you have in mind is month day year... may be it is the cultural difference. lol...
