At first I was a little hesitant to order from celeb16, my friends and I were unfamiliar with this overseas company and ordering clothing online has always made me nervous. However, after seeing a handful of positive reviews and having completely fallen in love with this dress, I decided to order it custom made in sky blue. This was the best decision I could have made. The dress arrived within three weeks and a half, fit like a glove, and was extremely high quality and craftsmanship. Not only did celeb16 provide a great product, but excellent customer service as well
