I ordered items to the value of 62UKpounds for my daughter's wedding from Aimee's Boutique online store on 5th September 13. From the day I ordered and paid my money, the status of my order has remained 'Awaiting Shipment'. I specifically asked to be notified immediately if there were any problems with supply - I heard nothing and assumed the goods would be delivered in the days following. 10 days later and no delivery. I checked back to the site to find the order status is still 'Awaiting Shipment'. In the past two days, I have made contact via their site contact form, via email to their advertised email address and also via customer messages with no response. On searching for reviews on this company, I am disheartened to discover a huge volume of really terrible reviews and sad stories relating to people who trusted this company, believed it was genuine, ordered and paid for goods they never received and could not recoup their money via refund.
Stay tuned as I endeavour to recoup my goods or money within the next few days. I wished I had read the review prior to ordering!!
