“Avoid if you want correct goods and for them to arrive!”

I ordered a necklace for my god daughters christening. I did this 2 weeks prior to the christening. 2 days after ordering I got an email stating my goods had been shipped 2 days later. Brilliant! So I thought. I sent several emails enquiring where the goods were and asking for the recorded delivery number which cost £3.95. I got 2 replies to all my emails. I finally got through to the contact number and 14 days later still no necklace. It appears lost. A courier came the following day with the goods. However the necklace did not come with the musical box described. I contacted the company again and the said some vauge comment about a supplier changer over and them stopping doing them. I asked could I be contacted back and the lady said she woud try and get me a new one. Surprise surprise nothing. So I got something I didn't want, late and not even a shred of compensation. I am so mad I would never shop here again and hope you don't have the same problems.

I am extremely sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the item that you purchased from us. Unfortunately D for Diamond stopped producing the musical boxes in June. Our descriptions have been current and up to date since June for all Twinkle Twinkle items. I am very sorry if you had thought that it came with a musical box. If you are not satisfied with the item then you can certainly return the product to us within 30 days of you receiving it for a full refund.
