I ordered my products on the 17th July - plenty of time for them to arrive within the 15 working days they quoted me, on the 28 working days it has listed on their website. I was horrified to find out that A Wedding Less Ordinary would be closed - through their website (they didn't even have the decency to tell me) during the 27 August and 11 September 2012, between which dates my wedding was.
Throughout the whole process they've had my wedding date to work by and surely if they were unable to meet this deadline, with it being so far in advance, they should have told me. There has been a complete lack of transparency during the whole of my order, especially with me only finding out from my banking history that they had charged me twice.
The customer service has been non-existent - no one answers the phone when I ring and no one replies to my tracking emails I leave.
I think the whole experience with A Wedding Less Ordinary has been disgraceful. Bitterly disappointed and I now have to look for a substitute product. Such a shame because the bottles looked really nice and fitted in well.
