I recently ordered online and happily chosen this company as it has a name and been used by many...but my experience could have been one against the other who had a great experience using this company. The contact number that I tried to call has the same voice recorded message and no matter what time I called, its the same message I get. So its a standard voice recorded and no intention to of accepting any phone calls from customer. I wrote many enquiries and haven't received any call or personal message from this company. I receive an email saying "Thank you for your order...we are awaiting for the delivery of your order from other supplier and it will be arriving on Friday and once it packed it will be ready to dispatch"...after a week of waiting from this company, I send another enquiry and receive the same message.

I will be surprise if my order will arrive before the end of this month(June).
