I ordered a toy for Christmas for my son and it's been a couple weeks, NO TOY yet. Christmas is less than 2 weeks and I have contacted them every day for the last few days with no response. No one will reply, even when you try to check your order status it shows "No order found with that confirmation number". Clearly I'm not the only one getting scammed. I see many others have had the same problem. I wouldn't have bought this item from them had I known this. I want my money or the toy, but can't get through or find them on BBB to file a complaint. I'm about to contact Federal Trade Commission and see if they can faciliate me getting my money. They better hope I don't find out what state they are in. Because I will contact the attorney general. My next step is contacting the Federal Reserve Bank. This is fraud at it's best :( Shame on them!
