I bought a keyring for my husband as a Christmas present - the one that beeps when you whistle, so you can locate your keys.
The item arrived after 2 weeks, it beeped for the first few times and stopped working all together.
There is no contact number so I sent them an email, they didn't even bother to acknowledge or reply.
2 years down the line, I keep getting spam from their marketing department. I have lost count of how many times I have unsubscribed, but they pay no heed whatsoever.
Shockingly bad customer service - an 'I don't care' attitude from an internet box shifter with no regard for their reputation.
