I ordered a number of items on the 25th November, I received an email saying they will be sent on 2-3 day courier service. I checked online again on the 13th December and they were still showing as processing. I sent an email that was never answered and there is no telephone number available anywhere on the site, however there is a fax number? Now who installs a telephone line into their business and only hooks up a fax to it?
