Ordered a potty in advance of child's potty training, paid first class to get it within 2-3 days (it's a time critical item). After a week chased to find they didn't have it in stock on the day and it was going to be another few days before they had any in. Further chasing and complaints about the service fell on deaf ears. When it did finally arrive, we were offered free postage on our next order. When you've paid for a service (1st class), and don't receive that service, surely that should be refunded? Why the hell would you want to order anything from these idiots again? If there was an obudsman or some-such, I'd complain to them for poor service. 0 stars if it was an option.
