I purchased 3 BabyDan stairgates and received an immediate email confirming my purchase and payment from PayPal. The email even stated that it included delivery just like on the website. I then receive an email the next day stating that I must pay an additional £8 in delivery costs. I wrote to them querying this and they replied saying that it must be paid before they would deliver. So if you see their online cost is cheaper than other sites then beware as OneClickToys have a nasty habit of enticing you in and then stinging you. I should report them really for false advertising. Good luck if you purchase from them.
