Great experience! The website has a huge number of collectibles available, with a good range of in stock items and loads you can pre-order. I ordered a figure mid morning and got it the next day, as suggested on the site. Communication was good. I got order confirmation and shipping details. When my item turned up, it was packed in a box strapped with fragile tape and inside it was protected by further air packing. My figure was perfect. A couple of days later, I got a nice email thanking me for my order and checking if all was well. I replied all was well and asked about an upcoming figure. I got a swift, polite reply giving me the info I needed. Great job Movie Figures. I will likely place a new order shortly.

Bought my statue Harley Quinn Sideshow Premium Format from here, and couldn't be more delighted. I was kept informed my e-mail all the way received Tracking, and when the statue arrived it was very well packed and in pristine condition. If I was looking for something tho complain about I would be out of luck, because everything was perfect. Would shop here again without any hesitation

Very helpful customer service. Personal emails kept me informed every step of the way! Also, I couldn't find a better price for Force FX Lightsabers anywhere else in the web or otherwise. As for the saber itself... It's the closest to the real thing out there! I highly recommend the models with the removable blade feature. I chose Anakin's... They're more fun, as they can be worn as just a hilt on your belt, and the blade seems brighter and the sounds far louder! Thanks again for the great service and great product. Very happy indeed!

Bought Luke Skywalker lightsabre (force fx with removable blade). Great copy of the prop from Star Wars. Feels little lighter than you would have thought but full scale and looks great. Good sound and light up effects, especially if you take a photo / video of the lightsabre as then the blade looks exactly like the effects you see in the movies. If your a Star Wars fan its a must buy. Bought through Movie Figures website - great buying experience and it arrived well packaged and quickly. I had looked at several suppliers and Movie Figures prices were competitive and for this model the best offer. They had a video on the website which provided further information and was useful to get a view on what the product looked like.

Great website with awesome merchandise. The only slight negative is there isn't a particularly wide range of products.

Moviefiures is a great website,they had what i was looking for and at a very good price (cheaper than the second hand market) also has free delivery but i chose next day delivery which was reasonably priced considering the size of box. So not much to it its a great site with plenty of cool collectables and Will defiantly be using them again soon.

Best company i've dealt with in a long time. Good prices (numerous orders), great dispatch time and use a courier service that delivers on a saturday (a must for me). Comminication with company is fantastic, I've emailed a few times with questions andalways get a speedy response, have also had em ails just to make sure i received everything ok! Would reccomend to anyone! Oh and the stormtroopers are awesome!

I wanted a very specific lightsaber for my son's birthday. It was hard to fins but I managed to find it on Moviefigures.co.uk. I also left it a bit late to order so delivery time was optimal. Having never ordered anything from the company before I was a little worried about whether or not they could fulfil my order in time and whether the item would be packaged well. I needn't have worried because the service I got from these guys was brilliant - excellent rapid communication (from a human - I included a joke in my order and they responded!) and fast delivery. I was most pleased with the care they took over the packaging = nothing would have been worse then having a damaged item being unwrapped on birthday morning. A really great company I would say who care bout their customers.

We searched for a quality Lord of the Rings One Ring for my son's birthday but had left it a bit late, it was great to find that Movie Figures could deliver really promptly and that collection was a possibility. Following the gift of The One Ring my son liked the chain that went with it but unfortunately it was out of stock. Movie Figures are very efficient with their communication and we had an email to let us know when the chain came back into stock, as soon as we ordered it we received confirmation of order. Even though we had not asked for express delivery it arrived less than 48 hours later. Brilliant Service! I would hesitate to recommend Movie Figures for their service and for their excellent range of quality merchandise.

I had an issue with an item I bought and needed a replacement. The company could not have been more helpful. They gave me several options and communicated fully, professionally and in a very friendly manner throughout. They dealt with the issue very speedily and as a customer I felt they were completely focused on my needs and coming to a swift and satisfactory resolution. I would highly recommend ordering from this company. I ordered a Darth vader Force FX Lightsaber, at a very good price, much better than amazon and the usual places i would look to order. The product arrived in very good time, 2 days if i recall which I was nicely surprised with. It was also very well packaged. I understand that some boxes may get damaged in transit which is more luck anything, but I was very happy to find mine in pristine condition. Great service all round, would recommend to anyone.
