Unwilling to help with a mistake I'd made with my order. Made assumption that my email query was resolved when it wasn't. No options offered and staff not willing to help or 'think outside the box'. Slow turnaround on emails meant my reply wasn't read in time to cancel the order and this was treated like it was my fault and has cost me. Refused to refund the cost as couldn't see what they'd done wrong because the order was posted fast (it was actually quite a slow delivery) totally missing the point that it was sent to me when I had cancelled.
All staff that I spoke to had a chip on their shoulder and were rude and actually quite cocky. I was more professional than them on the phone.
