The products you stock are great but why does it take so long to deliver, I paid 3 pounds yet you still send it second class! I ordered nearly a week ago and you are only just shipping it. I needed it for a present and I though a bit over a week would be plenty of time, obviously not.

We're sorry to hear of the disappointment with your order.

We do currently only ship second class - unless an item or order is over £50 and then it would be via a courier - with full details of delivery time in our FAQs.
