2416427 Idle Hands: The Art of COOP (Hardcover) - SIGNED

I ordered the above product on the 16th December 2013. There was a note at the top of the page that said that I had missed the Christmas delivery deadline by a day, fair enough, I wasn't that concerned about that! The item was only delivered last Friday (10th January). I find it impossible to believe that no-one could have put the item up for collection for delivery in the time between the 16th and Christmas, especially as the item was 'in stock' and there was a fairly sizable delivery cost included with the purchase. I can only describe this scenario as pathetic given that online shopping is such an accessible way of acquiring goods. I did contact you via your website to find out what was happening some days before it arrived but no-one responded directly, only a dispatched item email arrived on 6th January (still took four days to arrive). As you can tell, I'm not impressed with the service I received although I'm happy with the item, now I have it.
