Customer service is shocking do not answer emails and still waiting for a refund for inflatable hot tub for my children's Christmas, which was burst on arrival and was sent back over 3 weeks ago they were quick enough at taking my cash and I had to wait 3-4 weeks for hot tub being delivered. Im reporting them to trade and standard aswell as credit card company and CAB. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

“Delivery arrived when promised”

I ordered 7 foot minnesota pool table for a main Christmas present beginning December, but after two days when my card had been debited but I had not received email confirming purchase, I became worried and called All Garden Fun. I was assured order was placed and as delivery not requested until week commencing 16th December, as the item was direct from manufacturer, I would be contacted by them/courier a few days before. Still not having heard after a week, I called All Garden Fun again, and was assured not to worry as they were sure I would receive the item in time for Christmas. I was very worried after reading some of the reviews here that this present would not arrive and I would have no time to re order elsewhere. Anyway manufacturer did call, I received text day before confirming delivery and a call ten minutes before arrival from delivery team Item is fantastic! Excellent value for money and delivery when required, as promised. Really relieved and very pleased!

“Still no delivery!!”

“delivered damaged no service!”

Ordered a bbq from them, great price and next day delivery. Opened box to find bbq battered and badly damaged. Contacted the customer service within hours of delivery and no reply to emails. Paid by credit card so will try and sort out a refund via them. Appalling company to deal with and shalll take great delight in reporting this to trading standards. Avoid at all costs. They're cheap for a reason !

“Get ready to be disappointed”

I ordered a pool table from allgardenfun last Saturday for my sons birthday the following Saturday. I ordered from them because they advertised 3 day delivery. I placed the order online on Saturday. I rang them Monday to see when my order would be coming. They said that the order had been processed that morning and would be arriving on Thursday. I stayed in all day Thursday waiting. I even rang agf at lunchtime to see if they could give an approximate time and they said that the order had been dispatched and would be there by 5.30. At 5pm ( as I wanted to catch them before the office closed) I rang again to ask weather my order was still coming. Oh dear, theres been a mix up. We ordered the pool table on Monday but the manufacturer ( BCE ) did,nt process the order till today so it won,t be there till next week. I then got the manufacturers number and called them. They said that when they receive an order they have up to 5 days to process the order and the 3 day delivery time starts from when they process it, a fact that all garden fun is well aware of. Bottom line, I have 4 children coming over on Saturday night to play pool only theres no pool table. My son is terribly disappointed, not quite the birthday treat I had in mind. Avoid this company like the plague. First they make false advertisement ( 3 day delivery ). Then they string you along ( Yes your order has been processed and is on it,s way ) Then when your order fails to arrive they blame someone else. I wish I had taken note of some of the reviews that I had read. Buyers beware.

“Avoid at all costs”

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. Terrible customer service, items failing to arrive when specified and in poor condition and a general lack of communication. My experience with this company has been a poor one and I will certainly not be dealing with them again. Buy from All Garden Fun at your peril

Really delighted with All Garden Fun. I tried to order this Number Kubb set on Amazon, but delivery estimates were 3-4 weeks, and so I searched for an alternative supplier who could deliver sooner. Not only did All Garden Fun deliver in under 24 hours (with excellent and accurate tracking information so that I could plan my day better), but also it was a better price than Amazon too. If only the British summer was as reliable, and it would dry up for more than ten minutes, we'd be out enjoying Number Kubb!

“Hopeless after sale approach”

Don't buy from this outfit! The set of quoits ordered were delivered in a crushed, pre-opened, re-sellotaped box. The package was also disappointingly light weight and small and I could not give this as a gift as I had intended. In response to my request to return I was advised that I'd have to courier it back as they lose things delivered to their warehouse address and will not refund until they receive it! (Note that they delivered by royal mail and did not use signed for or a courier.) Eventually they offered for their supplier to replace the box (!) By this time it was too late for me to give the present anyway even if I'd have wanted to. They then just ignored my request to provide a return postage sticker.

Purchased an Plum Gibbon swing set with a few accessories from All Garden Fun, they were the cheapest for that set at the time. The set was sent out next day delivery and was received on time. I did have a problem initially trying to purchase the product that turned out to be an issue with my credit card, the people were very helpful when I rang All garden fun fro help. The swing set itself is good quality and would recommend this product. There was a problem with one of the bolts (manufacturing issue, that can be the case with any set you buy), but I contacted the seller they sent out a replacement straight away, with a couple of extra bolts for an accessory a bought with was very good of them. All in all I would definitely use them again. Adrian

I placed an order for a kids' swing set and climbing frame at 3pm. It arrived at lunchtime the next day. Fantastic service and a pleasure to deal with - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. One down side was that there was a pack of screws missing but not critical and the company has been very helpful. The set itself is great quality and has kept my kids bsy since we got it. I'm really pleased.

Terrible company to deal with. We ordered an item for Christmas at the very beginning of December. They told us it was in stock when they took the order, it wasn t. They told us it had been sent out when it had not even left the distributor. And when it finally did show up, three-days before Christmas it was the wrong thing! They dropped us right in it. If they d told us the truth we would have had plenty of time to order the item somewhere else but they clearly just did not want to loose the sale.

But that s not what really angered me. When we complained about it they were rude, blamed the distributor and acted like we should be grateful that they sent us anything at all! Really self-righteous and arrogant. We did get a refund, took nearly a month, but dealing with All Garden Fun was a horrible, stressful experience. I just hope you read this before you order from them and not afterwards, like we did.

I ordered a firepit from All Garden Fun which arrived damaged. When I contacted Customer Services I was asked to contact Parcelforce to make a claim. I refused thinking that All Garden Fun had the contract with Parcelforce, not me. Plus, I order many many things on the internet and have never been asked to do this even though I have occasionally received a damaged item in the past. I left it to All Garden Fun to sort things out with Parcelforce and waited two month to receive my refund. During this time I had many conversations with All Garden Fun via email and phone and I found many of these unpleasant and in my opinion, rude. I was concerned that I would never receive my refund " especially after seeing similar comments about the company on review websites. As mentioned before, I did eventually receive my refund " the delay was put down to the slowness of Parcelforce in dealing with claims.
