I ordered 3 toys from Toybox - all were of excellent quality (two B toys and one Melissa and Doug toy) and better priced than other websites (including Amazon) and arrived on the day that they said they would. Seller was very helpful and prompt in responding to a concern I had regarding an initial hitch with one toy (turned out to be nothing other than replacing the demo batteries). Easy to make a good decision and delivery was excellent, well packaged and value for money. Our little girls (aged 5 & 3) absolutely loved the Pop Arty jewellery tub and had hours of fun making gorgeous items of jewellery for all members of the family. This toy is definitely a "stayer" rather than a fad that will be grown out of quickly. The best bit is that adults can have fun making with this too (Grandma was a massive fan). Its always a little unnerving when you deal with a smaller online retailer. There is a certain amount of comfort that comes from dealing with a giant like Amazon, after all they have provenance in spades. I used the TopToyBox after amazon let me down three times straight. The kitchen arrived on time, unfortunately the box was damaged and one of the doors and a side panel was damaged. I think it is a lovely product, just the right size for my two old son who really enjoys playing with it.
