I placed an order with theboardgamers.co.uk on the 14th November for The Cube and 5 Second Rule, paying by credit card, and received a confirmation e-mail immediately.

The e-mail concerned me on a few points:-

1. The heading was 'Magento' not theboardgamers!

2. If I had any questions I was invited to e-mail rhys@the boardgamers.co.uk or call at N/A (no phone number) Monday - Friday 8am-5pm PST. Surely PST is Pacific Standard Time meaning this company is in the USA!

3. Then it gave the time of placing my order as CST. I understand this to be Central Standard Time in the USA.

No goods received so I e-mailed rhys on the 22nd November and got no response.

Still no goods received so 3 days ago I sent a message to theboardgamers via the 'contact us' section of the web site requesting information on my order. No response.

Then I found the reviews on here!

No money has been debited to my credit card as yet so I contacted my credit card company today to see if they could refuse payment when it was requested. Unfortunately they cant do this but have made a note on my account so that if/when this company take the payment from my acccount the credit card company have all the information and can then go after them!
