Terrible service would definitely not recommend!

I bought the Cube board game from the site but a week later and it still hadn't arrived. I had an email when I first bought the game stating that they would send through the tracking number when they sent the item but it never came. I wrote an email to Rhys (the contact on the email) to ask when it would be dispatched and 3 days later I still had no reply. I also wrote to customer service to try to chase it up but again received no email back.

There is no contact telephone number, customer support or complaints department so now I have no game, I'm out of pocket and have no way of resolving the issue. I'm hoping that since they publish reviews on their site then this might finally get their attention

Thought I'd post a comment since it seems like a few people are having the same issue--

I've rang up trading standards today to report theboardgamers. They said that until 30 days after the order was placed then the company are technically not in breach of any laws however if you have not received your items after 30 days from your order then you can report them. The telephone number is 08454 040506

Thought that I should comment as it seems like several other people have had the same issue as myself-

I rang up trading standards this morning - they said that until 30 days after the order then the company is technically not in breech of any laws. If it has been over 30 days then you can report them and get some advice about how to proceed, their telephone number is 08454 040506

I'd also recommend ringing up your bank to let them know what's happened just in case
