I had the teddy personalised for my daughters to give to their new baby cousin. The quality of the teddy,the hoody and wordking were first class and my girls presented it to my sister and new baby in the beautifull presentation gift wrap I also ordered. None of my family could believe that 3 days after the baby's arrival, I had ordered and given this lovely personalised gift. I'm just waiting for another reason to give one of these personalised bears to someone - they are fab! Thank you for such great service.
