I bought something for my daughter for Xmas through Amazon.. And it turned out to be from this seller... I never got my delivery, even though i had notification it had been delivered. Amazon have had to reply to me as I couldn't get hold of them at oneclicktoys! 3 emails and no reply, just my emails bouncing back! No website either now it seems! Maybe they have gone bankrupt? Completely untrustworthy company. Ordered via Amazon and returned it as it was faulty and then all went silent. Emails pinged back, letters couldn't be delivered and we were waiting for ever on their phone line. DO NOT USE! Although would be difficult at present as their website not loading. I paid for a gift on the 7th December and it has not arrived, e-mailed their customer services team and no response yet but reading the other reviews don't now really expect one.
